1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pensive you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and any others who access Pensive.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Pensive.

2. Use of Services

Pensive provides AI-powered creative tools, templates, and content generation services. To ensure lawful and proper use of the Platform, you agree to the following:

Account Registration

3. User Content & AI-Generated Content

User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to Pensive (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Pensive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the services.

AI-Generated Output

Content generated through Pensive’s AI tools (“Generated Content”) is provided as-is.
Pensive does not guarantee originality, accuracy, or suitability of Generated Content for any specific purpose.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing Generated Content before use

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights

  • Any commercial or public use of Generated Content

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Pensive, including software, models, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Pensive or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Termination

Pensive may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: Pensive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of Pensive is at your own risk.

  • Accuracy of Information: While Pensive strives to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or information on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pensive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
